Source Dynamics researches, applies and advances the study of how power operates in complex adaptive systems including individuals, organizations and artificial intelligence. Our research is built around a formal body of work: the theoretical system that governs how power originates, moves, sustains, and degrades across all organized human systems.
Advisory. Direct work with individuals looking to advance their understanding of the structure of what creates their impact, influence and identity.
Research. Ongoing development and construction of the field. New papers, new theoretical extensions, new applications. The body of knowledge grows through direct authorship.
Teaching & Training. As the field matures, structured access is offered through seminars, immersive cohorts, and certification pathways. This function activates as the practice scales and the research record builds.
